Biography
Richard Mangan is a Shareholder of Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue, McLain & Mangan, P.A. and serves as Managing Partner. Mr. Mangan is AV-5 preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is also a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by the Florida Board of Legal Specialization & Education as well as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. His practice concentrates on Medical Malpractice and Insurance Defense.
Richard was named “Lawyer of the Year” for Insurance Law – Tampa (2020) and for Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants (2016). He has also been recognized by “Best Lawyers in America” in the specialties of Medical Malpractice – Defendants, Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants and Insurance Law.
