Derek J. Bush is the Regional Managing Partner for the Jacksonville office of Rissman. His practice concentrates on Medical Malpractice Defense, Product Liability, Auto Negligence, Construction Liability, Insurance Defense, and Premise Liability.

When Rissman founded a brand-new office in Jacksonville to further support our clients there, Derek took the lead on opening our new location and pioneering a presence in the area. Derek’s sterling reputation in client service led the way as we established our firm’s new base in North Florida, invigorating the confidence of our local clients as we worked to achieve their goals through risk management, alternative dispute resolution, and aggressive defense through trial.

Derek protects the interests of his clients by preparing each case as though it will be decided by a jury. The result of this commitment to hard work and diligence?
