Bianca L. Taraschi

Bianca Taraschi is a liability associate in the Orlando office who focuses on medical malpractice and auto insurance defense. Bianca is licensed to practice law in both the State of South Carolina and the State of Florida.

Bianca came to the Orlando office after working as a Prosecutor for the 18th Judicial Circuit. As an Assistant State Attorney, Bianca had the opportunity to try over 10 jury trails.

Bianca attended FAU in Boca Raton where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice. She then went to law school in Atlanta where she attended John Marshall Law School.

While in law school, Bianca did all of her work and internships in the criminal defense field. Her focus was primarily in Federal criminal appeals in the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Bianca was awarded the outstanding graduate award from John Marshall. This award is given annually to one graduate who best demonstrates standards of competence and professionalism, a strong social conscience, high ethical standards, and a commitment to the improvement of the legal system and society, as determined by the Faculty on recommendation of the Honors and Awards Committee.
