Biography

Isaac Horowitz is an Associate of Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue, McLain & Mangan, P.A. His practice concentrates on Insurance Defense and Workers’ Compensation Defense. Previously, he practiced as a prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office of the Tenth Judicial Circuit for three years. While a prosecutor, he grew to become a committed advocate through the litigation of criminal cases ranging from DUI’s to Attempted Second Degree Murder. His trial experience includes trying as first chair approximately thirty jury and bench trials to verdict.

While in law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, he worked as an appellate extern for Judge Robert Luck of Third District Court of Appeal and as a legal intern for the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Middle District of Florida.
