Biography

Jeremy Simon began his legal career as a prosecutor in Florida’s Twelfth Judicial Circuit. From there, he joined a criminal defense firm in Sarasota before co-founding a criminal defense and personal injury firm in Clearwater, Florida, where he focused his practice on defending the accused and assisting the injured.

In 2019, Jeremy entered into the civil defense arena by joining a municipal law firm as a litigator, primarily for governmental defendants. He has handled a wide array of cases ranging from vehicle crashes and slip-and-falls, to civil rights and constitutional claims. Jeremy was named a “Top 40 under 40” attorney by the National Trial Lawyers (2013); and a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2014).

It is not enough for a lawyer to be working behind the scenes. A lawyer and their client should be working collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcome for their case. Oftentimes, good communication precedes good results.
