Biography

Paiton Mizelle is an Associate Attorney in the Orlando office. Ms. Mizelle graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and earned her Juris Doctor from FAMU College of Law.

While in law school, Ms. Mizelle was an active executive board member of the Phi Alpha Delta Cherry Chapter law fraternity and the Criminal Justice Society. During her first and second year of law school, she interned at the law firm of Eisenmenger, Robinson, Blaue & Peters, P.A. in Brevard County. Then during her last semester of law school, Ms. Mizelle interned for the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel for the 5th District of Florida.

Upon passing the Florida Bar exam in 2021, Ms. Mizelle was an Assistant State Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit in Brevard County, Florida where she managed a caseload of 500-600 cases and had the opportunity to try misdemeanor criminal cases.

How I Resolve

To resolve is to ensure that we obtain the best and most efficient outcomes for our clients, whether that is from a settlement or a trial. With either path that is taken, the client’s best interests are the most important and is what should be at the forefront of each case.
