Toni Fleming

Toni Fleming is an Associate in the Jacksonville office of Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue, McLain & Mangan, P.A, where she primarily concentrates on General Liability defense. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, her Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Thereafter, she received her LLM in taxation from Villanova University. Prior to joining Rissman, Toni represented carriers throughout the state of Florida in first party property disputes.
