A Significant Trial Victory
Following a six-day jury trial in Orange County, Rissman attorneys Jeremy Palma, Eric Arckey and Natalie Robinson obtained a favorable verdict for our client.
The incident arose out of a significant intersectional collision that rendered both vehicles complete losses. The plaintiff claimed to have sustained injuries to his neck, back, right knee, and brain. His future medical expenses were alleged to be six figures and the plaintiff requested nearly $2 million in total damages in his closing argument.
After deliberating for two and a half hours, the jury returned a nominal verdict to compensate the plaintiff for his past medical expenses.
