Obtaining a Partial Summary Judgment
A victory for a client can be many things—and sometimes, a partial summary judgment is a great result.
After an alleged car accident in Orange County, our client was concerned about going to trial. Fortunately, Orlando Associate Kris Clark was on the case, easing the client’s mind by demonstrating consummate expertise on the subject of liability.
Following argument by the parties, the judge found that there was no issue of material fact for a jury to decide, thus granting partial summary judgment on liability.
