Biography
Chelsea R. Balestro is an Associate in the Orlando office of Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue, McLain & Mangan, P.A. Her practice area concentrates on Workers’ Compensation Defense. Chelsea earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science (Pre-Clinical) from the University of Central Florida in 2020. She then earned her Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2023. During law school, Ms. Balestro worked as a teaching assistant for Legal Research & Writing and was a member of several organizations. She has clerked for law firms in both Florida and Massachusetts, gaining exposure to insurance subrogation, civil litigation, and the transactional practice of law.
