Biography

Dan Jaffe is a Shareholder of Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue, McLain & Mangan and splits his time between the Tampa and Fort Lauderdale offices. He is an AV rated lawyer and is a frequent speaker at multiple Workers’ Compensation related events including the Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference

How I resolve

Our goal is to provide a quick and accurate analysis of the claim so that an early decision can be made about whether the claim is one to settle or take to trial. During the litigation process, we attempt to mitigate the exposure so that the client can settle the claim when the value is the lowest. We also attempt to remain available at all times so that our clients can contact us with any questions or concerns. We believe that being accessible is critical to meet the needs of our clients.
