Biography
Karina Haycook grew up in Jacksonville, and moved back permanently in 2015 after working for years in West Palm Beach. Karina has over 30 years of experience practicing law, primarily focusing on the defense of medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death claims. Karina has also had experience handling these types of cases from pre-suit through trial on behalf of Plaintiffs, which provides her with additional perspective on how to provide a defense for her clients. Prior to joining the Rissman firm, Karina last worked as a partner in another large multistate insurance defense firm.
How I Resolve
There is no better path to a good outcome for clients than through thorough preparation. I am committed to achieving this by keeping dialogue open with clients, obtaining in depth knowledge of facts and issues pertinent to each claim, and utilizing knowledge gained through decades of experience to anticipate and prepare for foreseeable outcomes.
