Biography
Megan Block was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Business, summa cum laude, from Rollins College. While at Rollins College, Megan achieved President’s List, every semester, became a National Society Member, and a Bright Future’s Scholarship recipient. Megan also played for the women’s soccer team, where she made it to the national championship, and ultimately placed second in DII women’s soccer. Later, Megan received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Megan ranked in the top 12% in her class and received a book award in Research and Writing I and International Advanced Legal Research. Megan was active in the Florida Association for Women’s Lawyers, Entertainment and Sport’s Law Society, and played intramural softball.
Megan is a member of the Jacksonville Women’s Lawyers Association.
Megan is barred in both Florida and Georgia.
How I resolve
Communication with clients is key. Keeping the client’s fully informed on the progress of the case, answering their questions in a timely manner, and making sure that they understand the process of their case.
