Biography

Kelsey T. Campbell is an associate in the Tampa office of Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue, McLain & Mangan, P.A. Her practice is concentrated on Medical Malpractice, General Liability, and Insurance Defense.

After earning her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminology from the University of South Florida, Ms. Campbell earned her Juris Doctor from University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law. During law school, Ms. Campbell was the Managing Editor of University of Richmond Law Review and served on the Student Bar Association all three years.

Ms. Campbell began her practice in St. Petersburg, Florida, where she practiced Medical Malpractice defense. She also represented the State of Florida in a variety of matters and is well-versed in sovereign immunity protections. Ms. Campbell began working at the Tampa office of Rissman in 2020 and has continued to hone her defense of insureds, including physicians, nurses, hospitals, and automobile drivers, along with their insurance carriers.

How I resolve

Through early evaluation and recognition of the most pertinent defense issues, I am able to advise my clients regarding their options and the implications of same. I strive to listen to the needs of my clients, create a meaningful action plan to achieve their goals, and keep them apprised of all important developments in their cases.
