In a recent case in Orange County involving two Plaintiffs, our insured was driving a rental car. Rissman attorney Mindi Weinapple won her Motion to Deem Admitted Defendant’s Requests for Admissions and subsequently won the Motion for Summary Judgment as there was no genuine issue of material fact.
